Pro Teeth leads the way in vegan health and beauty products
As a vegan friendly brand we’re aware that more and more people are switching their favorite beauty products for vegan ones and countless celebrities are leading the vegan/vegetarian trend, including; David Haye Leona Lewis, Emeli Sande, Lucy Watson, Ellie Goulding, John Bishop, Victoria Pendleton, Thandie Newton, Skepta, Joss Stone, parkour champion Tim Shieff and Samuel L Jackson, to name just a few
But there is still some confusion as to what makes a beauty product vegan, which is different to cruelty-free products. Beauty products claiming to be vegan must not contain any animal extracts or animal by-products in the ingredients or the manufacturing process and the products and ingredients cannot ever have been tested on animals.
So popular is our Activated Charcoal whitening powder that we’ve just launched further vegan products, including an Activated Charcoal natural teeth whitening mouthwash, a natural Aloe Vera and Peppermint mouthwash to provide all-day freshness and day and night teeth whitening toothpastes.
James Finlay of Pro Teeth Whitening Co said: “I think people are becoming much more concerned about what they’re putting in to their bodies and on their skin. There is now so much choice in vegan produce and products and coupled with the fact that vegans and vegetarians aren’t perceived as they once may have been, makes it more of a trend people are turning to.
“With people like David Haye who is vegan and won’t even use toothpaste containing fluoride to brush his teeth, more people are seeing this as a much healthier way to live generally, and it’s not just a food choice but a lifestyle choice.”
